The Art Center located at 338 East Howell Street in the Historic Downtown is a great place to see beautiful paintings, pottery, photography, fiber art, drawings, woodwork and more. While you are here visit the Literary Room and special events such as the Mistletoe Market, where many local artisans sell art pieces, jewelry, soap and more for the holiday season during November and December. The Art Center also hosts art workshops for children during the summer. They also have monthly art exhibits, an annual juried art show, clubs, guilds, and workshops.
