Don't miss the Sailboats of Hartwell!  Take a tour of the city and check out the unique sailboat designs. This public art project was devised by the Leadership Hart Class of 2015 as a means to link the city of Hartwell and Hart County with its greatest asset- Lake Hartwell.  Each boat has been designed and painted by a local artist and has been purchased by a local business, organization, or individuals and proceeds from the purchase of each boat benefit The Art Center.
